Pet Directory List is free to join. We make money only when you do — with transparent, straightforward fees.

Platform Fee — 10% per completed walk

When a pet owner pays for a walk, Pet Directory List takes a 10% platform fee. The walker receives 90% of the payment. All payments and payouts are handled securely through Stripe — the industry-standard payment processor.

Example: An owner pays $20 for a walk → the walker earns $18, and Pet Directory List keeps $2.

Contact Reveal — $2.99 one-time

Browsing profiles and searching for walkers or owners is completely free. To view someone's contact information (phone number or email), there's a $2.99 one-time fee processed through Stripe Checkout. This helps keep the community safe and spam-free.

There are no monthly subscriptions, no hidden charges, and no membership fees. You only pay when you use the platform.
